How to deploy a fighter jet in Battlefield 2042? In Battlefield 2042, you will be able to fly fighter planes, but you will have to deploy them on the map. We tell you how to do it.
Battlefield 2042 will be available in open beta from this Friday, October 8 before officially releasing on Friday, November 19 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
As in previous games, you will be able to take control of different vehicles including one of the most popular, fighter planes which will be available within your HQ when you respawn in the game.

If you want to take control of a fighter plane within the game, you will have to go through the HQ. We remind you that you can access it when you respawn on the map and as soon as you are in the respawn menu, do the following actions:
- click on HQ
- go to the vehicle icon that appears under the Headquarters icon
- select fighter jet
And There you go, normally you will spawn in the game controlling a fighter jet. It should be noted thatit is possible that all fighter jets are already deployed in the field, you will therefore have to be patient if you want to take control of this device. It can also happen to you that you are lucky and a fighter jet has been abandoned by a player, if so, approach it and press the following key to take control :
- E on PC
- Round on PlayStation consoles
- X on Xbox consoles
Finally, we remind you that Battlefield 2042 hasa beta in early access available from this Wednesday, October 6 for EA Play subscribers and players who pre-ordered the game, before the arrival of an open beta on Friday, October 8.
