Stygius is the first accessible weapon in the game. All others will require chthonian keys to unlock. It is a longsword with a mix of wide and directional attacks. She strikes the perfect balance between speed and strength, with mid-range attacks and an air spin technique. The technique creates a flurry around your character but leaves Zagreus immobile for a short time.

Les aspects of Stygius
All weapons in Hades have multiple aspects. These aspects become available an escape attempt after unlocking Exagryphe the Adamantine Cannon as well as after obtaining at least one Sang de Titan. There are four aspects per weapon, with the fourth aspect being a hidden aspect that will require additional steps to reveal. Finally, there are five tiers per aspect that require Titan's Blood to unlock. In order to get the maximum level of all aspects of Stygius, you will need 51 Titan Bloods. Aspects change the appearance of weapons and their damage. The hidden aspect has new attacks that change the weapon's combat style.

How to Reveal Arthur's Aspect
To reveal the fourth secret aspect of Stygius, it will be necessary to complete the following steps:
- Reveal Guan Yu Aspect (Hidden Aspect of Varatha the Eternal Spear without having to unlock it with Titan's Blood)
- Invest at least 5 Titan's Blood in Stygius (on one or more aspects of the weapon)
- Talk to Nyx until she reveals the Magical Awakening Phrase to you
- Equip the sword in the weapon room then interact with its display to reveal Arthur's appearance.
