LAST QUEST
Choose the spirit you want then go talk to the spirit you have just chosen, he then offers you to do a quest to meet the benevodon of the spirit type. Complete the quest and the benevodon will offer you a stone. Do the same with the 8 spirits to get the 8 stones. Then go in front of the stele and press A which will teleport you to the phantom dimension which has 13 floors, the last 3 of which are filled with colossi (2 types per floor). Finally, when you get to the end, the 8 let's benevolent give you a gem which restores 6 hit points and 6 magic points every 3 seconds.
A word of advice: the benevodon quests take place in the mana tower on the path of life, so finish the main quest before embarking on this hard collection (the extra monsters are nags).

THE HAUNTED HOUSE
In the House of Moti, you will see a light shining to the left of the stairs, if you press A next to it you will find the key for the haunted house. Then go talk to Moti and he agrees that you keep the key, then you can go to the haunted house at your leisure to complete different quests.

GET MORE ROOM FOR GEMS
After finishing the dungeon life journey, go see voles and choose the "discuss" option. Accept the quest they offer you, after completing it, voles will offer you a dictionary and a stone. Then go talk to balbo brothers, and they will increase the number of places available for gems (4x4).
